Svantaggi
-The studio is passionless. Innovation of any kind is unwelcome, and their motto is "do what was done last time". Games are not created, they are copy-pasted. -Absurd high number of rude and uncollaborative colleagues that have been working in the studio for many many years. Like an inverted natural selection, people with any kind of passion run for their lives while passionless drones stay in the company, doing the same thing over and over, getting upset when change is suggested, as that would require putting an effort. -Outdated company culture, outdated management practices, outdated design, outdated tech... The company is absolutely stuck in 2005 in every aspect. -Oxford is expensive and badly communicated. -Crunch is paid with food. I'm not kidding. -The company hierarchy is the most vertical I've ever seen. Higher management is in an untouchable glass castle, absolutely out of touch of what is really going on in the studio. No direction is provided, no vision, just "do the same as the previous game with some small changes so we can get away with it, but don't change it too much". -The building is depressing. A warehouse with no windows (except the CEO´s office). So for most of the year you go to work before sunrise and you leave after sunset without ever seeing the sun. -The engine, Asura, is literally the biggest problem this studio has. It's not only a horrible horrible engine by any definition of the word. But using this outdated engine that only a handful of people can control means that you have people that can’t be replaced because the studio depends on them. So instead of using a normal engine and being able to hire the talented engine programmers, you get stuck with a bad engine and very few people with control over it.
