An employee made multiple racist jokes about another employee and nothing was done I even saw management laugh reacting in slack Misled me about what I would be doing said no cold calling when I interviewed and then cold calling was all I did After training received little to no additional support when I was told there would be call reviews to see what I needed to fix Recently rolled out new tech and barely showed anyone how to use it and then when asked for help would take hours to respond Entire role is just trying to scam people with low ball offers that benefit nobody but the company most of the time people will laugh in your face and tell you to never call again
