It's a fast-paced workplace where decisions are taken quickly and teams need to adapt fast. Each individual takes ownership quickly and is expected to deliver timely. There's a lot to learn, a great team willing to nurture and integrate new members.

Reby keeps its workforce under control which means there's always the feeling that there's a lot to do and more resources are required. One individual can hold ownership of a certain feature of the app which makes it complicated when there's a rotation.
