We are glad to hear about your positive experience with the provided autonomy, strong culture and progress in the teams Product and Tech. The mention of the experimentation culture and rapid change without chaos is encouraging.
Talking about your cons, we’d like to get in touch to better understand your point of view. This is because the entire team can transparently and constantly view the strategy in Notion and we have had OKRs at company, department and team level for several years. All leads and departments contribute at every quarter and cycle and the progress and results are shared with the whole company in Leapsome.
