I really enjoyed my time at Recast. The people are genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. The leadership team was supportive and open to new ideas, and I felt that appreciated. The company fosters a positive work culture with a healthy balance of professionalism and friendly, down-to-earth vibe. From what I’ve seen, Recast is headed in a good direction and has great potential.

No major cons during my time. Like any growing company, there were occasional growing pains and shifting priorities, but leadership was generally transparent and responsive.
