If you don't like cold calling, speaking to debtors with overdue debts, this isn't for you. Requires a bit of grit, understand who you are dealing with. you're "expected" to make 100 calls a day, but this is unrealistic depending on the day to day. Recently changed from Salaried, to Hourly. not what I originally signed up for.
