Recenturesoft is literally led by a donkey man who doesn't even deserves a peon position while he is a boss of intellectuals and professional who's advice he never considers and always try to prove his own way of stupidity which he thinks is intelligence. They will not go far by their pathetic management and techniques. This company will sink very soon that is for sure. Cons: 1. This company hire professionals when they have urgent requirement and when this urgent requirement fulfills they will fire you immediately without any notice/compensation. 2. They will never give you salary on time. They will always tell you about fund crisis. 3. They will deduct your salary even on second's margin when it comes on punch machine attendance, they will not spare you if your working our is less then 9 hrs. On the other hand they will not give you a single penny if your work overtime. 4. Leaves are the most concern point in this organisation. Taking leaves are like battle here even it is been deducted from the salary. 5. No work culture, you will feel like a village here. CEO can't speak "ENGLISH" he speaks villagers language so as many of employees here. 6. No lunch area, no tea-coffee machine, not a single event to celebrate. They don't celebrate birthdays, they don't celebrate festivals, they don't they motivating games for get-to-gether and they will never bring any snacks on their own although there is above 50 people working. 7. They will postpone your increment if you complete your tenure and the worst is, if they give you increment which will be likely as much as Rs. 3000. They will take another 2-3 months to take effect in salary. 8. They will expect quality and speedy work from you while they give you garbage hardware/system. If you ask them for essentials they will always postpone it on the sake of funds. 9. They are way behind from latest trends/techniques/updates in the industry and if you suggest them about it they will not consider and praise their own old techniques. Also the so called CEO will give suggestions on which he doesn't have any idea. For an example a Barber tells you how to do Heart Surgery. 10. Most Important, this so called CEO is the only single body who takes care every thing. From the lower position to the top senior position, he manages his own. Whether it is salary release, he transfers salary himself one by one through NEFT. from water tap to dustbin he takes cares his own. And this way he doesn't respect anyone no netter how experienced or senior you are he will never show any respect to you. Those who want to spoil their career can join this company. They will give you high salary at time of need but won't take much time to throw. My advice, if you have got a call from this company better you take some more time and look for other opportunities because there are way way better companies than this pathetic place. I don't even call this as an organisation.
