My boss put me in charge of two shifts because he didn't wanted to hire another guy. I had to work more than 15 hour a day all the days of the week, and when I was at home I used to receive several calls that couldn't even sleep. (to be honest that made feel my life miserable). If I asked my boss my right to have at least a free weekend he just made feel like if was a lazy guy and a bad element disobeying all his orders. The management team wants everything done in the moment, that causes that nothing in the company works well, every time things go wrong due to lack of time to properly complete the things. Management team motivate personnel by constantly saying that there lots of cheap people that wanted our jobs. When you are in trouble they don't help you, they just push more your neck.
