No real oversight over senior leaders and absence of an empowered HR function means each employee's experience can be dramatically different and varies depending on who the manager happens to be. General confusion regarding values and how they translate into real action seems to prevail resulting in a toxic culture where everyone is only looking out for themselves and frequent blame game rears its ugly head the minute business results slow down (which they inevitably do after every good run)
