- Lack of trust. Different departments have different sets of number. You will be challenged if your numbers doesn't tally with management numbers. - People like to play politics. Even though is flexi working hours, you will be judged based on what time you came in and leave the office. - No established process and always changing last minute. Many ad-hoc requests with very short deadlines - Likes to give PIP, as an excuse to force you to resign. If you challenge the management, you are highly likely to get a PIP because they only want people who listen. - High turnover. Since company is undergoing many restructuring, many people are made redundant, with no heads up. Saw few of my colleagues treated this way, with 1 or 2 weeks notice. - Lack of opportunity.
