Working with the CEO of this company was an awful experience. Not only was their behavior atrocious, but they also tended to flaunt their power and authority over their employees. The CEO's constant foul language and abusive behavior made it difficult for anyone to work effectively, causing stress and anxiety in the workplace. At times, the CEO would go on a rampage, berating employees and making unreasonable demands. Their temper was unpredictable and could escalate quickly, creating and uncomfortable and unsafe work environment for everyone. The CEO's behavior was so unacceptable that it drove away many talented and hardworking employees, leaving the company struggling to retain staff and maintain productivity.
