No diversity with ELT. The CEO micromanages, is condescending, and doesn't allow people to do their job effectively. He perpetuates blame and public shaming tactics. He thinks he's the smartest person alive and won't listen to others, which restricts innovation and thought. Many people are quitting as growth has slowed significantly, and there is zero culture.
