Lack of respect for employees, management has no idea what they are doing. This is a fly by the seat of your pants organization - very disorganized. Complete lack of training at all levels, but management refuses to acknowledge it. Read the other reviews and you will see the truth. The turnover rate is sky high. If you ask for more training they will say "that's why we hired you, figure it out." It will be turned back on you and eventually you'll be fired. No accountability of certain Senior Management. The highest levels lead with emotions and is extremely difficult to deal with. They are in way over their heads. Ask how many people have held the position you are interviewing for and watch them sweat. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.
