Unprofessional CEO. Unprofessional Management. No confidentiality, no communication whatsoever from the branch administrator or any office management when there have been concerns or issues, or any work related topic. When an error is made and it is brought to office staff, they have been trained to ignore the mistake and dismiss it. Branch Administrator is two faced and exhibits rude behavior. Reprimands staff for exhibiting same behavior, but does it themself. The office staff has no concept of what work-life balance is, staff always calling people in to cover the shifts that are open due to turn-over. This company pays the lowest possible pay, and they believe that an aide should be capable of doing not only the duties of a home health aide, but also a housekeeper, and skilled nurse, putting any certifications/ licenses in danger if you’re not trained to do a skill. If you say no to a task, you’re forced to do it anyway. There is absolutely no open door policy to address concerns or a human to talk to, if you are rude to the wrong person, they let you go, however, offenses such poor work performance, you can get by slacking off. Very toxic environment. If you’re interested in developing deep depression, please work for this agency. Because you will break from it. Don’t apply!!!
