Svantaggi
The founder doesn't know what he is expecting out of Recro. That's the biggest con. He says product based company but runs like a service-based which he is not ready to accept. 1st company that I've ever known started with zero policy and implementing one by one through the course of time. Wrong commitments during the interviews. Eg: says there is work from home available and expected to be at the office when there is a meeting but the catch here is there is a meeting every day. So what is the point of giving work from with a clause like that. Also, it is a monthly 2 days work from home provided later on. Saying flexible work timing applies not towards beginning of the but towards end of the day. There is a fixed time you walk in but there is no fixed time that you walk out of the company on any given day. No work-life balance - which they clearly say we can't provide and justify saying that it is time and age for us to struggle now to settle later I would say Recro is a company whose vision and mission change every quarter or even every month. Techies should be aware that they will ruin your confidence in getting a job and mostly ruin your career as well if you get through their interview process. They would expect you to be qualified as equal to an IIT grad Their recruitment process sucks, where they do not give you a picture of what Recro does, while they say help startups and techies to get a solution without figuring out what does both of them require. For a company which is founded 6 years ago now should have clarity on what they should be doing, not change like the weather forecast for employees to predict what are they doing this year. They do not even have a holiday calendar and have to wait the entire for the HR team to tell us if they have a holiday for a particular festival or not. People applying from Bangalore location please be careful that you definitely won't get a job in Recro because they believe that people from Bangalore have a lot of options. There is no good coordination with the clients that they handle, feedback is not provided on time. Recruiter's life is a big mess in the company - they ask for your opinion which is not implemented but yet it is important to hear you out for what sake I do not know. Spending a lot of time conducting meetings every day but at the end of the day, an individual should be productive. Also, the work hours are calculated excluding the time spent in meetings. No transparency in the company. everything is a secret
