      I've been working as a recruiter for just over a year with Recrute Action. I started out as an HR Coordinator for a contract role while I was completing my studies - they decided to hire me as a permanent employee as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. I've learned so much in only one year - they have great trainers and offer opportunities to advance in your career. The team is there to support you in anyway they can. They also have many team building activities from cottage trips to vacations down south - if you are putting in the work, they show their appreciation in so many ways. I feel super lucky to have found such a fulfilling position straight out of school. They offer flexibility and work-from-home opportunities to facilitate a work-life balance. They constantly provide positive feedback to encourage you to reach your goals. I would highly recommend Recrute Action for anyone looking to build a career in Recruitment.
