It was small team so there were no formalities or process that had to be followed. Working hours were fixed. Team members were friendly.

No technical expert of the product, since the employees leave this company early. Very bad work culture. Salaries were way below the market standard. Salaries were paid by check. People from India were hired so that they could be hired with salary lower than market standard. Even it being a very small team, there was no freedom of work. Size of the employees kept on shrinking. No medical insurance.
