As much as one in recruiting would love to see a small agency defy the odds and flip the definition of recruiting agency and really succeed in the precarious world of recruiting services, this one is not the one to do so. Whilst they try so hard to differentiate themselves from average agency, this company falls short of accomplishing this easily attainable goal. The goal is noble - help small companies hire talent. The execution - quite a miserable failure.
