My con is probably having meetings too often.

Startup environment, tons of growth potential, unlimited development opportunities, a leader with 20+ years of recruiting experience who is doing an excellent job building the business! Scaled from 3-15 in the first year and launched an internship program. Tons of ownership for your work & projects, most companies would make you go through a 1-2 year process before you get the responsibilities we have here.

No cons.. but if you're not ready to grind, then this is not the company for you!
