RPI has managed to preserve a pretty cohesive culture despite a lot of growth. The staff are genuinely close friends with one another, which makes going into work a lot of fun, and days at home less so. The firm is supportive of its people and, due to its size, is able to provide recruiters with pretty diverse experiences and opportunities to demonstrate growth.

Wasn’t a con for me, but it is a more in-person company (which I know isn’t ideal for everyone).

There are no "pros" for this so called recruiter

fake advertisements claiming that theyhave 100s of roles needing to be filled and then nothing, crickets. According to seek 99 people had applied under this fake advertisement. It's "recruiters" such as these people that give all other recruiters a bad name.
