Rebuilding culture following org changes last year will take time, but I’m hopeful.

Recurve's customers are some of the largest energy utilities - and some of the most progressive community choice aggregators. Working alongside them to advance the clean energy transition is incredibly rewarding. On a personal note, the company is super flexible on work location and trusts us to get the job done, which is refreshing.

The company's recent adjustment to a software-focused play will take time, but it's clearly the right path. The org change last year was rough, but necessary.
