      I was on full time. You make Great tips. Great employees. Easy work if you have been in the industry. Very minimal sidework.

      Tip out is high. Not being paid after the 40 hour mark. Uniform is pricey. No air condition. Certain managers are racist towards you/discrimination is a big issue here.

      Great money, cool team, beautiful views. Can definitely be a steady summer gig if you can handle it.

      In a seasonal town, you have plenty of professional bartenders and servers who could work here.. however they only wanted to hire college kids, who aren't really trained for high-volume and this clientele. After we closed and dropped our banks.. we each had to wait for everyone to be done.. because they'd make us stay for "after party" aka we'd sit around and it turned into a training lessons (because newbies) but they'd make us seasoned folks stay too..
