- Good culture and proactively try to make it a good place to work. They are not perfect but they try. - Instructors are really strong and truly care about student outcomes. - Fun exciting space and great products to sell. - Huge growth plans globally. - The people - just great people.

- Salaries are a bit lower than expected. - Some processes not in place and not enough people to own them. - Slow to launch new products.
