Needs improvement - Recensione dipendente - Designer presso Red Baton

There is no transparency in the system. Leads can do whatever they want and rules change for them, but others need to follow them properly. No confidentiality, no office programs/outings. The culture is getting worse by day. The PM's are supportive but a senior PM was partial, manipulative, and pressurizing all to do do all works. Many good employees are quitting now.
