If you are not Austrian or German speaking forget about promotion. I am amazed how they have not been sued on it yet. They keep bring people from Austria to become managers here. The leadership team (about 40 people) are basically all white male. Benefits/snacks/parties used to be much better but RBNA is changing toward a bigger corporate, which is understandable.
