Red Circle is a great company to work for and grow. Mike allows you the freedom to do your work as well as the support to help build your skills. Great company culture, and a nice change of pace in the recruiting world.

It's inevitable that you need to be quick on your feet at an agency. It's the nature of the business – fast-paced, multi-tasking, tight deadlines, hot projects, and occasionally long hours. What I didn't realize was how quickly I would grow my skill set. I've learned more in 3 years at Red Circle than I learned in collage. The opportunity for growth is fantastic. I also want to point out that the culture at Red Circle is very unique – we all genuinely like each other! I've never worked somewhere I could grab a drink with any employee after work and enjoy it! The people are great, and one of the main reasons turnover is low. We're one big happy family. The location is perfect! Red Circle is right in the North Loop, across from Target Field in the Ford Center. It's easy to get to via car or public transportation (the light rail is right outside) and the office space is open and collaborative. It's central.... location, location, location.

With growth comes growing pains. The company is still working on getting some basic processes in place that should have been implemented years ago.
