The company is currently growing to be able to sustain the backlog of job that are being sold. New opening in all departments.

Communication within the office is almost nonexistent. That being said when a customer is trying to reach the office and they receive no response for almost 2 weeks to get a response to them is not acceptable. Every department is over worked and is expected to step up to help other departments complete their work as well. Getting a decision from management for even the smallest task take around 2 week. God forbid a complicated job comes up that is needing extra attention to the details pops up. How is that supposed to be handled, if even f you were
