Not just that, culture at RED is also very supportive and encourages collaboration among team members, which fosters a positive work environment where everyone can thrive and grow professionally. This sense of camaraderie and teamwork further motivates me to give my best in assisting customers during emergencies.

The part which I don't like about RED is the occasional high-stress situations that can arise when dealing with urgent matters, but I understand that it comes with the territory of working in a fast-paced environment like this. Overall, the rewarding aspects of being able to positively impact people's lives far outweigh any challenges.
