They also have people following CEO like a king (don't know if it's HR ou managers chief), Chiefs arrive late and take 3/4 hours to have lunch but watch out if you leave 30 minutes early, they will notify you

The teams you work with are good, collaborative, work well. But management doesn't care about you. It might be good for a junior.

To management, you're just a number tied up in contracts. If your project ends they say they'll give you another project, but the truth is that it's very difficult to get a new project for you, so unless they do, you're fired.
