Great company, great people, and a SUPER FANTASTIC work environment. Had an amazing time working with them as a representative and got to learn A LOT !! If you have the motivation and the drive to make things happen, you have a chance to move up the ladder and work alongside amongst the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals who are successful, and want others to be successful. You get paid hourly and commissions but if you don’t shoot for commissions you’re just working hourly and not doing anything better with the opportunity that you’re presented with. Their working style is very much similar to this saying “You can lead a horse to the water, but you can’t make it drink” because they teach all of the ABCs of how to be successful on the floor but if you don’t go out of your way to make it happen, it won’t work. Overall, it was an amazing experience working along some of the most intelligent people who had the hustler mentality and went out there to make things happen.

If you are into just wanting a base pay, and not making your own paycheck, this might not be the right opportunity for you

They were very nice to me in the interview. That is the only pro.
