-Zero upward mobility. This company only hires management externally, leaving employees to exit or stay where they are in terms of role, salary, etc.
-Executive management is completely misguided by each other. The CEO only thinks and believes what the president tells him, and the president is completely out of tune with the employees, business generally, their market, & ethical behavior surrounding customers and employees. The president is the bane of this company's existence through a terrible combination decision-making power and ego-inflated narcissism.
-Beyond all else, success here is determined by biased friendship. Take a look at how much of management lives on the same block, and how much time they hobby together outside of work and you'll see what I mean.
-No training, no processes, no systems of control and operation.
