Jess goes above and beyond to support you in your role, always takes the time to listen, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Thanks to her guidance and support, I was even offered a permanent role — something I’m incredibly grateful for. She’s approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about the people she works with.
