I worked here for 21 months and this is what I think:
The Job: It is stressful. It is busy. If you want something easy and just watch the clock, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to learn and grow your knowledge on: Website, Search Engine, Content, Email, Online and Retention Marketing, this is the place to be.
The People I worked with: Amazing, Talented, Creative and Extremely intelligent. They all know and breathe Marketing, so bring your A game! The hiring staff does a great job finding like-minded individuals so it is easy to get along with everyone.
Upper Management: As stated before, it is a busy environment. But Upper Management works hard to help you prioritize and attend to all your needs and concerns. They are family oriented, so it can be very flexible if you happen to have little children. They also work to accommodate any of your current life needs: I even had my bike trainer set up so I could train at lunch time for a triathlon! This all accepted and embraced, just make sure to work hard and prove your worth.

Could use better work-life balance, however, it is a growing company who is continuously looking to hire in order to lessen the load on employees.
The product (a Integrated Marketing and Customer Acquisition Platform) has great potential, but employees would like to see better functionality of the systems prior to launching it to clients.
