Vantaggi
Great place to have on your resume. The office space is nice. Being able to drink beer at work appeals to a lot of people.
Svantaggi
There's no denying that Red Square has a good reputation within the market, but it doesn't take long to realize that its employees don't share the same high opinion of the place. Most of the work is incredibly boring and repetitive, but it is also expected that it be created quickly and in a different way than it has ever been done before. That's cool for huge projects, but when the same employees are responsible for mundane invites that run every single month for various casinos, burnout happens fast. There is no room for advancement, so if you find yourself in that position, good luck ever getting out. Most of their promises to new employees are smoke and mirrors with a touch of far too much optimism. You won't move forward and you won't get a raise. Be prepared to accept a salary below both national and area averages. Very cliquey. Project opportunities are given seemingly at random despite work ethic. Management is hard to find and rarely involved in day to day work. Turnover is outrageous, so be prepared to be thrown into projects the second you begin work. Training doesn't happen.
