Some Leaders are unwilling to hear other people's opinions and some lady leaders are very rude and make unnecessary arguments and not trying to understand the team members. HR is very partial and sometimes very harsh. Admin department is not taking initiative for introducing any new Employee benefits. Management getting worse by the year.
