My account manager checks in regularly and always makes sure I have what I need to succeed. The company culture is collaborative and respectful, and I’ve always felt valued and treated like a true partner rather than just a contractor number. RedCloud also gives you the flexibility to grow your skills, expand your experience, and take ownership of your work. I’ve had the chance to contribute to high impact projects, and the trust they give you is real. They move quickly, communicate clearly, and the onboarding process was smooth and professional.

Being 100% honest and transparent… nothing significant so far! workload can get busy depending on the client project, but the support is always there when you need it.

Great pay, interesting/challenging projects, industry leading clients, freedom to handle projects how you see fit (once you prove yourself on a few projects), solid work/life balance, upper management make themselves available often to bounce ideas off of.

Svantaggi

Benefits are lacking (no parental leave for birth of child, insurance is so-so, few days off outside of national holidays)
