The rank and file employees try their best.

They have lost a lot of talented employees due to mismanagement. Their HR department acts like a sorority. The upper management is arrogant and naïve. They don't understand or don't care what their employees think or care about. Also, should you decide to go to work for them, ask about the 401k. Those of us that have left found out that they hold it for 1 year after you leave. One former employee asked the DOL if that was legal and surprisingly it is. They won't tell you that up front. Typical deception that they practice against their employees every chance they get.

After listening to employees, evaluating our benefits packages and comparing them to our competitors in the area, we decided to adjust our 401(k) plan in 2017 to ensure we’re providing our employees the benefits they are comfortable with. We listened and have changed the waiting period to roll over funds to 90 days instead of 12 months.
