7yOur employee turnover rate is extremely low and in the low single digits both YTD and YoY. Our turnover percentage is well below local and national averages. LinkedIn reported that the software industry had the highest employee turnover rate at >13% in 2017, edging out even the notoriously high retail industry. Seeing these numbers makes us even more proud of our low turnover.
We haven't had any reports of senior employees yelling or being mean to others. We have an open door policy and encourage employees to notify us of any issues and we will always address them accordingly.
Employee careers are a top priority for us here at RedMane. We have diversity in our projects so we can staff employees better based on their interests and keep them engaged and learning.
