Ramping here can be tough. Working for any agency is tough - because, you essentially work for all of our clients (and, clients have very high expectations). There will be days where you feel like you can't do anything right. Getting through my first six months might be one of the hardest things I've done in my professional career. You need to quickly learn to trust yourself and your judgment, to step up and do things outside your comfort zone, and to take charge of your own ramp (if you need something, ask for it; if you want help with something, schedule a meeting with a teammate who can help you learn it).
