All the small perks like fresh fruit, free daily breakfast, snacks, in fact there’s a lot of food! Praised and rewarded for the good things I do! Commission structure is the best I’ve personally seen in this industry. Flexible working hours. Fryday – we have an office Friday breakfast, which is a great way to end the week.
