Management and CEO did not honor verbal and written commitments and bonus and pay raise. HR is non existent, no employee progression path. If you have an issue, you will often hear directly from the CEO on his opinion of it. When employees ask about this, not given clear answer and met with negative response from CEO. Company falsely advertises benefits but does not follow through on them.
