Avoid this company and boss - Recensione dipendente - Administrative Assistant presso RedTree Group

Be wary of this company. The boss is disorganised and rude. She is not managing a company, but looking for staff to help her cope with her life. She's very strange. She also uses staff and doesn't bother about welfare (other than hers). She will also go back on her word. Unsincere and lacks integrity. Meetings are full of her spouting motivational quotes and there is no proper training. Very self-absorbed person who believes that being her employee is a privilege - far from fact. She herself is clueless on how to do so many things. I can go on. Please just spare yourself this experience.
