Company has made some tremendous improvements despite some short term difficulties with management turnover in 2019. New management has taken the effort to not only be transparent with employees but are looking to truly change the culture towards working to a common goal. Willing to listen to employees and encourage feedback towards solving problems. Overall an interesting and rewarding company to work for.
