Do not trust Previous Reviews! I left a review about 3 weeks ago. In it, I mentioned that while I was at work at Redactive, a previous employee left a bad, but accurate review. In the meeting, everyone was told to log on a leave great reviews. If you look back over the previous comments all the good ones go live within a few days of each other. I felt this was not acceptable as it gives an inaccurate description of the company and the way it treats its staff. I was honest throughout about the way I was treated and how promises were made to me but never kept. That is common practice at that company and several other members of staff felt the same way as I did. 7 people found my previous review helpful. A few days after someone else left another review agreeing with me. TO my surprise both reviews were taken down from the site and THREE new ones went live all 5 stars! I have been in touch with Glassdoor and hopefully, they can explain why this has happened Not only do they treat staff badly they also have bad reviews taken down. It is disgusting how they feel they can treat people and continue to get away with it. Please do NOT believe previous reviews! If you want an accurate description I would recommend asking someone who works there on social media and they will be honest. I hope this review remains online, but I am sure they will try to have it removed.
