Svantaggi
My experience at Redaptive was extremely negative. The culture is unstable, with constant layoffs and little regard for long-term employees. Entire U.S.-based support functions, including IT, have been reduced or eliminated, leaving critical gaps in operations and internal support. There appears to be a disconnect between leadership decisions and operational reality. Core functions like IT, security, and workplace support are significantly under-resourced, which creates risk, inefficiency, and frustration for employees trying to do their jobs. Basic processes and ownership are unclear, and remaining teams are expected to absorb responsibilities without proper structure. Leadership communication lacks transparency, and decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic. There is a strong perception that cost-cutting is prioritized over stability, infrastructure, and employee support, which has led to declining morale and trust. Compensation is not competitive, growth opportunities are minimal, and workloads continue to increase as headcount decreases. Overall, this feels like an organization in decline rather than one investing in sustainable operations or its people.
