I wasn’t sure if it were possible to work for a company that not only respected, but incorporated my beliefs (outside of working directly for the church), but when I interviewed with Redbock and found out that the CEO is a man of God who likes to start meetings with prayers and always has a spare bible to hand out to anyone who wants it, I knew that this was the place for me. Working for a Christian is important to me, because it means working for someone whose beliefs and ideals line up with my own. I don’t have to worry that I’ll be asked to sin (lie, cheat, etc.) in my line of work or work underneath anyone who does. This is a very moralistic company and I can tell that’s not to everyone’s liking. But at the end of the day, no one forced them to accept a job here. If you’re a Christian like me, I can’t recommend this company enough. It’s the perfect space for Christians who don’t want their career life to be separate from their religious life.

My biggest complaint are the people who work here and mock the CEO for his religious values behind his back and complain about his desire to pray during meetings. It’s his company and he can run it how he wants. I just know those same people would have no issues working under a man who wanted to start each meeting talking to the universe or “manifesting” or whatever they’re calling blasphemy nowadays. It makes me sick.
