- Top tier clients and deals - Only hires from top universities so lots of smart people - Junior cohort is a close knit group

It is not possible to put into words how bad it is to work for this company. It is truly the most unprofessional environment with far too many HR employees with ideas above their station. Deals and clients are top tier but management is weak and lacks leadership. Firm has no interest in retention and is riddled with inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour. Plenty of other places to get similar experience so would stay clear.

Great people to work alongside, good core beliefs and culture, very much feels like a team. The work is also interesting and varied.

The hours can be on the longer side for operations but you are rewarded for this and the comp is good compared to market.
