1. Does not give appointment letter, Payslips, And god knows if they deposit PF other reviews say they were caught in scam. 2. They believe in speed, while they provide only pentium 4 with 1Gig RAM and 256kbps (mostly) some times even 10mbps internet. 3. They do not train or guide properly, but experts of postmortem. 4. There is this old fellow (looser) and MD who think Fresher can complete 3 month job in 15 days if he slogs enough. (com'on there is a limit) 5. Working on Saturday, and many times they call you on sunday. 6. long working Hours. 7. They promise all sort of fancy hike (like 50% after 1yr) and will also give good package from previous salary, but dont fall for that, they promise the same with everyone and none get it. 8. very frugal(does not spend any money) 9. Every month 10 - 15 leave or get fired. of 100 employee company that is 10% leaving every month. 10. Does not value their employees but expect us to slog 24*7. 11. Work life balance is a joke with this jokers. 12. No one know when their time is up. I have literally seen so many coming and going in a month(fired). 13. **** All the positive reviews are rigged, do not blindly believe those ********

-Stupid deductions in salary if you are lucky to get one(always delayed). -Top management is a "couple" of losers with total insecurity. -There is famous saying "A thief believes everybody steals." You will be treated like thief. Cameras everywhere. Desktop/laptops regularly monitored. Even heard they have put microphone at desk to monitor your talks/chats. -Works hours are horrible... Monday to Saturday from 9:30AM to 10PM. "They" will scold you if you are working from 10AM tp 8PM. Still deduct salary for stupid reasons. -They have to change name and location from their Kormangala office due to legal issues. I have to add that their old unpaid employees are also after them. -No projects, all fake capabilities on the website. They will hire people to update latest content and when the time come to pay salary ..just FIRE THEM. -They are never going to pay what they promised in the offer letter. Better not leave your last company. -They are going to close any day. Not kidding, no salaries to security person, canteen manager nor reception forget about employees. -The cons lists are endless like the wall clock is 5-10 delayes so that you stay more in office etc... Before you join Redeem have an other offer letter in hand. If you think above things are not correect I suggest take 2 days leave from current company join Redeem for 2 days and verify all that said above. Surly you will not join the 3rd day. Redeem will spoil you career. This is a warning review hope you dont fell in their trap. 4+ star reviews are all fake. Check the helpful numbers !

This happens with any and all systems however best & effective , the hiring process excellence is strived to be kept at . The ire of such people manifests as some pelting remarks and we therefore emphasize that such comments – appearing here - are to be taken essentially as by those that are the let go guys.
