Flexible hybrid work--mostly remote but in the office one day every two weeks, feels like a good balance. No pressure to work overtime, and you get a good number of days off without pressure to check work notifications on those days, work doesn't take over your spare time. Inclusion--I'm nonbinary and have encountered no prejudice, everyone is at the very least well-intentioned and open-minded, and there's quite a few other openly LGBTQ+ people here.
