Amazing company that works to make sure their employees are very happy. Yes, we have a ping pong table, but that isn't our main hiring point. The culture invites collaboration and feedback, while also making sure you are where you need to be professionally. Redgate values hard workers that do what they say they're going to do. Also, I am a woman. I came from an entirely different industry where, frankly, women are not treated well. At Redgate, I've never felt more welcome and accepted at a job. My opinion is valued.
